Believing that all we have and are comes from God & that we should return the first fruits of our labor, Habitat for Humanity affiliates
worldwide have adopted the Biblical model of the tithe. Through the tithe, Sea Island has sponsored nearly 190 homes for our
sister affiliate in 3 of which were built by a mission team from our affiliate this past November. In turn, |

team consisted of 17 people, ranging between the ages of 14-69 years
old. U

helped build 3 houses in 6 days! U
Our
team financially sponsored 4 ˝ houses (costs $2,500 to sponsor 1
house). U
The
average Ghanaian earns $50 a month. U

Bibles were given to Habitat homeowners at the home dedication. U

Gospels of John were given out at the local school. U
An
average of 35 kids and 15 adults attended Bible school on the worksite. U

Polaroid pictures (15 rolls) were given out. U

toothbrushes were handed out to the Habitat children. U
Each
child received 5 colored pencils, 2 crayons, some stickers and paper. U 12 baseballs and 20 rubber balls were donated to Habitat kids. |
