Learn about becoming a Faith Partner

“Every House is a Sermon of God’s Love”

Habitat for Humanity was established to demonstrate the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.  The Biblical mandates of caring for the poor and serving others are at the heart of Habitat’s work.  While Habitat is a Christian organization, it welcomes people and organizations of all faith—and no faith—to participate in building houses with people in need.  God may be calling you to one of these partnership possibilities:

V      Provide Prayer Support & Lead On Site Devotions

V     Supply volunteers for construction crews and committees

It takes 2,000 volunteer hours to build a Habitat home!

V      Southern Hospitality:

Prepare and serve meals for construction volunteers.

Provide accommodations for out of town work groups.

V      Make a financial contribution that may or may not be tied to a specific project.
